Manage VialsKeep all your peptides organized in one place. Log DosesRecord every dose and stay consistent with your plan. Stay on TrackSet schedules, get reminders, and stay in control. Smart CalculatorAccurate dose calculations every time.

Built for organization

A peptide tracker for the details people usually lose in notes.

Protocol Pilot keeps the recurring parts of peptide tracking in one private iPhone app: what is in each vial, when a dose was logged, what protocol it belongs to, and how progress changes over time.

Vial inventory

Track peptide vial names, total amount, reconstitution volume, concentration, remaining amount, expiry dates, and multi-peptide blend components.

Dose logbook

Log doses against protocols, keep reminders visible, and maintain a clean history of what was taken and when.

Progress records

Record weight, symptoms, progress photos, and injection sites so your tracking history stays connected to the rest of your protocol notes.

Backup and export

Export a JSON backup for restore, or export CSV files for spreadsheet-friendly review in Numbers, Excel, or your own records.

Private by design

No sign-in, no account, no server sync, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party SDKs. Your records live locally on your iPhone.

Reconstitution math

Use the calculator below to convert vial amount, diluent volume, and your prescribed dose into concentration, dose volume, and syringe units.

Who it helps

For people who need private, structured peptide records.

Protocol Pilot is for tracking and organization. It does not prescribe peptides, recommend dosages, or provide medical advice. Use it to keep clinician-provided protocol details, vial math, and personal logs organized in one place.

  • People tracking peptide vials, concentration, remaining amount, and expiry dates.
  • People who want a private iPhone dose logbook instead of scattered notes or spreadsheets.
  • People who need CSV export, JSON backup, and local control over sensitive tracking records.
  • People who want a conservative peptide reconstitution calculator that does arithmetic only.

Peptide reconstitution calculator

Convert vial strength and diluent volume into dose volume.

Enter the values from your own vial and prescribed protocol. This calculator only performs unit math. It does not recommend dosages, products, protocols, treatments, or injection schedules.

Good to know

Private peptide tracking, backup, and calculator basics.

What is Protocol Pilot?

Protocol Pilot is a private iPhone app for tracking peptide vials, protocols, dose logs, reminders, symptoms, weight, progress photos, injection-site rotation, backup, export, and reconstitution math.

Does Protocol Pilot store data on-device?

Yes. Protocol Pilot stores your tracking records locally on your iPhone. The app has no account system, no servers, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.

Can I export peptide logs?

Yes. Protocol Pilot supports JSON backup and restore, plus CSV exports for doses, inventory, symptoms, weight, and protocols.

Does the calculator recommend doses?

No. The calculator only converts values you enter into concentration, dose volume, syringe units, and approximate doses per vial. It does not provide medical advice.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I add a peptide or vial?
  1. Open the Vials tab.
  2. Tap the + button in the top corner.
  3. Enter the peptide name, total amount (mg), and the volume of bacteriostatic water you'll use to reconstitute it.
  4. Tap Save. Protocol Pilot calculates the concentration automatically, and the vial appears in your inventory.
How do I back up my data?
  1. Go to Settings > Backup & Restore.
  2. Tap Export Backup. This creates a single .json file containing all of your vials, protocols, doses, and logs.
  3. Use the share sheet to save it to Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, or email it to yourself.

We recommend exporting a backup periodically and before updating or reinstalling the app, since all data is stored locally on your device.

How do I restore my data from a backup?
  1. Go to Settings > Backup & Restore.
  2. Tap Restore from Backup and choose a previously exported .json file.
  3. Confirm. Restoring replaces the current data on the device with the contents of the backup file.
How do I export my data?

You can export your data in two formats:

  • JSON backup: a complete snapshot for backing up and restoring from Settings > Backup & Restore > Export Backup.
  • CSV export: spreadsheet-friendly files for doses, inventory, symptoms, weight, and protocols, bundled as a single export you can open in Numbers or Excel.

Both options use the standard iOS share sheet so you can save to Files, iCloud Drive, or email.

Does the reconstitution calculator recommend peptide doses?

No. The calculator only performs arithmetic from values you enter. It does not recommend dosages, protocols, products, or treatments. Use only values prescribed by a licensed clinician and confirm measurements with a clinician or pharmacist.

How do I delete my account or data?

Protocol Pilot has no account. Your information never leaves your device, so there is no account to delete. To remove your data:

  • Delete everything: Use the data-reset option in Settings, or delete the app from your iPhone. Removing the app erases all locally stored data permanently.
  • Delete a single item: Swipe left on any vial, dose, or log entry and tap Delete.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone unless you have an exported backup, so consider exporting your data first.

Troubleshooting

  • Force-quit and reopen the app: swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe the app away.
  • Make sure you're running the latest version of Protocol Pilot from the App Store.
  • Restart your iPhone if the app is slow or unresponsive.
  • If reminders aren't appearing, check Settings > Notifications > Protocol Pilot and confirm notifications are allowed.
  • If a vial's concentration looks off, double-check the vial's total amount (mg) and the water volume (mL) you entered.
  • If the problem persists, export a backup, then reinstall the app and restore from that backup.

Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Effective June 27, 2026

Protocol Pilot is built to be private by design. The short version: we don't collect any data from you, and nothing you enter ever leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Protocol Pilot has no account system, no sign-in, and no servers. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs of any kind in the app.

Where your data lives

Everything you create in Protocol Pilot - your vials, peptides, protocols, dose logs, symptoms, weight entries, and progress photos - is stored locally on your iPhone and only on your iPhone. We have no ability to see, access, or recover it.

Backups and exports

When you export a JSON backup or a CSV file, that file is handed to iOS through the standard share sheet and goes only where you choose to send it: Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, email, and so on. We are not involved in that transfer and never receive a copy.

Third parties

Protocol Pilot does not integrate any third-party services. The only information that exists outside the app is the standard download and purchase data Apple processes for any App Store app, which is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and is not shared with us in any identifiable form.

Children's privacy

Protocol Pilot is not directed to children, and because we collect no data, we do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.

Deleting your data

Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in full control of it. You can delete individual items in the app, reset all data from Settings, or remove the app entirely to erase everything permanently. See the FAQ above for steps.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, we will update it on this page and revise the effective date above.
